Reservation
Your written confirmation validates the reservation and is secured against a deposit of 200 € per person. The deposit will be debited from your Visa or Mastercard. By making your reservation you confirm acceptance of the general payment and cancellation terms according to our price list.
In Italy, a deposit is classified as a mutual guarantee of a contract. If the guest is not able to take the holiday, the hotelier shall keep the deposit. If the hotelier is not able to provide the reserved room(s) upon arrival, the guest shall be reimbursed twice the amount as compensation.
Check in and check out
Check in from 2 pm. If you arrive after 6 pm please inform us before.
Check out until 11 am
Parking
All parking spaces are free of charge to guests. The one in front of the hotel are reserved for guests in standard- and superior-rooms.
Dogs
are accepted only upon request in certain rooms. Charge of € 15 for small and € 25 for average-sized dogs per day.
Please take care yourself for the feed and a pet blanket or plaid. Do not bring your dog in the restaurant, wellness and pool areas.
Smoking
In Italy there is a universal ban on smoking in all public buildings. Smoking is therefore NOT permitted in any rooms or indoor areas.
We offer smokers a comfortable place to sit on the terrace or in the garden and provide warm woollen blankets.
Payment methods
We accept cash, EC cards, Visa and Mastercard.
Travel cancellation insurance
Something can always happen before your holiday that makes travelling impossible. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance even for shorter stays. You can find the European trip insurance here.
Cancellation conditions
In the event of a cancellation up to 21 days before the start of your holiday, we shall charge a processing fee of 50.00 Euros per room booked; we will be happy to credit the difference of the deposit for your next stay. In the event of a cancellation up to 7 days before the start of your holiday, we shall charge 70% of the agreed price. In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days before the start of your holiday, no show, late arrival or early departure, the agreed price shall be charged for the entire period booked.
Please note that these cancellation terms are valid independent of whether the cancelled rooms are subsequently let for part of or the entire period. Special offers are valid only if specifically booked at the moment of your reservation.
