The cuisine of the Hotel Kohlern is entirely given over to traditional Bolzano specialities: you will find "Herrengröstel" on the menu, along with the refined traditional dishes based on pasta or wild game. Although the locality and hotel are only nine kilometres away from the bustling city of Bolzano, a trip into the "Kohlern" is like a trip to another world.
On long winter evenings, the stone pine lounge is particularly appealing.

- Lunchtime from 12 to 2 p.m., rest-day on Mondays.
On Sundays and holidays reservation is recommended. - In the evening from 7 to 9 o'clock reservation is required, on Mondays will be served specialty of the house.
- Bar/Cafè for usual customer: Open every day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., rest-day on Mondays.
- Hotel and restaurant are open from the end of April till 6th November and fro 8th December till 8th January.
