Cuisine

Gasthof Kohlern's cuisine, with its full commitment to Bozen's tradition of special delicacies, has distinguished itself many times. Mushrooms, blossoms and herbs come from the surrounding woodland and meadows. Meat and vegetables come preferably from the farmers in the region. Everything is home-made.

Opening hours:

Lunchtime from 12 to 2 p.m., rest-day on Mondays. On Sundays and holidays reservation is recommended.
In the evening from 7 to 9 o'clock reservation is required, on Mondays will be served specialty of the house.
Bar/Cafè for usual customer: Open every day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., rest-day on Mondays.
Hotel and restaurant are open from 28th April till 4th November and from 6th December 2012 till 6th January 2013.
