A local visitor tax of Euro 1,20 per person and day is also payable (except for children under 14). The purpose of the tax is to maintain the natural and cultural treasures of the region.

All parking spaces are free of charge to guests. The one in front of the hotel are reserved for guests in the Suites, JSuites- and superior-rooms.

In Italy there is a universal ban on smoking in all public buildings. Smoking is therefore NOT permitted in any rooms or indoor areas.

We offer smokers a comfortable place to sit on the terrace or in the garden and provide warm woollen blankets.

Please take care yourself for the feed and a pet blanket or plaid. Do not bring your dog in the restaurant (indoor), wellness and pool areas (in- and outdoor).

Room reservations for the period untill 6th November 2022 can be cancelled or postponed free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.

For cancellations made up to 8 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged. For cancellations within 7 to 3 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged. For cancellations within 2 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged. In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the amount paid for the missing days.

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% via credit card or by bank transfer. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay. For cancellations made up to 8 days before the date of arrival, we shall charge a processing fee of € 50,00 per room booked and the difference of the deposit will be refund. In alternative we will be happy to credit the whole deposit for your next stay.

Something can always happen before your holiday that makes travelling impossible. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance even for shorter stays.

In the event of a cancellation up to 21 days before the start of your holiday, we will refund the deposit less a processing fee of 50.00 Euros per room booked or we will be happy to credit the whole amount of your deposit for your next stay.

In the event of a cancellation up to 7 days before the start of your holiday, we shall charge 60% of the agreed price. In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days before the start of your holiday, no show, late arrival or early departure, the agreed price shall be charged 80% of the booked period.

Please note that these cancellation terms are valid independent of whether the cancelled rooms are subsequently let for part of or the entire period. Special offers are valid only if specifically booked at the moment of your reservation.

Your written confirmation validates the reservation and is secured against a deposit of 30%. The deposit will be debited from your Visa or Mastercard. By making your reservation you confirm acceptance of the general payment and cancellation terms according to our price list.

In Italy, a deposit is classified as a mutual guarantee of a contract. If the guest is not able to take the holiday, the hotelier shall keep the deposit. If the hotelier is not able to provide the reserved room(s) upon arrival, the guest shall be reimbursed twice the amount as compensation.
