As the day draws to a close, the Kohlern Inn transforms into a VIP box. From up here, the evening sky seems to touch the peaks of the Dolomites, while Bolzano slowly sinks into twilight. As the sun explodes in the most beautiful colours in the sky above the Mendel, you can enjoy the delights of our renowned cuisine and wine cellar. Whether in the unique panoramic veranda in Alpine Art Nouveau style or outside on the terrace and in the garden under the lime trees, you can give free rein to your enjoyment.
