The first treat of the day begins in the VIP lounge high above Bolzano, namely in the magnificent Stubenveranda and, on warm days, on the terrace and in the lime tree garden, where breakfast is served. You feel free, as if you were floating, while looking down on a breathtaking panorama of imposing peaks and deep valleys. The view stretches far and wide, while the sunrise bathes everything in a warm, colourful light.
The GK breakfast (buffet and à la carte) includes: fresh regional grain bread delivered daily by cable car; South Tyrolean Speck PGI from the Trockner butcher's shop, sausage and dairy products from local suppliers; homemade jams, local forest honey, breakfast cereals and mueslis, croissants, tea specialities from Peter's Teahouse; egg dishes made with organic eggs from the Innerluferhof farm, hand-filtered Julius Meindl coffee and Meindl coffee specialities from the Faema E-61, as well as the smoothie and bowl of the day.
